“In preparation for ISL's move to our newly constructed office building in 2011, we needed a supplier for Internet, Wi-Fi, and IP Telephone that was able handle both the infrastructure installation and configuration, and provide excellent ongoing support to meet our growing needs. Internetworking Atlantic proved to be just that company. The implementation was well planned and, on our cutover day, IAI engineers were onsite after hours to address any final configuration items. In the end, the interruption to these services was measured in minutes, not hours. IAI also provided us with a training session for all staff on the use of the new phone system and our staff have had no problem using the features of the system. In particular, they appreciate the voicemail to email functionality provided. It has now been a year since this work was completed, and we have not had any interruption in Internet or IP Telephone services. From a support perspective, IAI have been very responsive, usually turning around new phone setup requests within hours. The audio quality of the IP Phone system has been indistinguishable from our previous (non IP) system. I would have no problem recommending IAI to any of our own clients for Internet, co-location, or IP Phone services.”
